Returns & Exchanges

At WILD HEART, we want you to love your pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
